George Balon, 61
George in his early 60’s came into our clinic in October 2021, for a consultation with Dr Portelli. It was deduced that he required 3500 grafts with a lack of hair density in the frontal temporal recessions and a plentiful donor area sufficient for the transplant. On the day of the transplant the hair follicles were extracted via the follicular unit extraction FUE and implanted via sapphire incisions. Simon, a returning client at our clinic came in for a consultation with Dr Portelli regarding hair loss. After an in depth scalp analysis being performed, it was seen that there was significant hair loss in the frontal temporal recessions. Advice was provided for what could be done in terms of treatments and medication with Hair Transplant being the desired option. It was deduced that Simon needed 4000 grafts with a healthy donor area for the follicles being present. Nathan in his late 30’s had his transplant performed in June 2022. During the consult it was deduced that he required 5800 grafts with a large absence of hair on the top of the head. A two day transplant was advised in order to have sufficient time to extract and implant the hair follicles to guarantee a successful transplant. On the first day of the transplant the hair follicles were extracted via the follicular unit extraction FUE and implanted via sapphire incisions.
