I am currently almost 7 weeks since my hair transplant. I can only comment about the amazing service right now but will post results in a few more months. Looking good so far though. I had Dr. Portelli with his assistant. I had about 4,500 grafts done split between Friday and Saturday. This is great because otherwise the hair harvested was put in place quicker and more neatly as opposed to it being rushed in 1 day. If they were only caring about money they would have rushed it but they didn’t. They did an amazing job and were very attentive to if I felt any pain.

They explained a lot about the process and both two were very down to earth and fun to converse with. Dr. Farrugia was also great to work with and was helpful with an unrelated problem. Dr.Portelli also helped on other matters always without any problem. They were amazing.

So why is this an extra amazing opportunity for those of us in Malta as opposed to going to Turkey? Because the price for the very best in Turkey is comparable to this one but if you get an infection or have any problem, guess what? You don’t have to fly to Turkey again.

They are close by and willing to help. Plus they have a great reputation as opposed to digging through the thousands of clinics in Turkey hoping to find a good trustworthy clinic. I’d say go to st Mary for the hair transplant and go to Turkey for the food and beautiful culture
